Parker is THREE!!!!

Yesterday we celebrated Parker's 3rd Birthday. 

We had a small family celebration because his sister could arrive any day. 

When he woke up in the morning Ryan made him pancakes (per Parker's request). 

All he wanted to do was see in the living room. 

So he ate the fastest I have ever seen him eat anything and then rushed into the living room. 

We let him open the presents we had gotten for him and then play for a little while before the grandparents began to arrive.

As soon as Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, Papa, Gigi, Grana, and Larissa arrived we all went down to the yard and had Parker open the presents they brought. He was SOOO excited! We knew that keeping presents from a three year old wouldn't be such a good idea.

Parker got some really neat presents that he hasn't stopped playing with since he opened them on his birthday (THANK YOU EVERYONE)!!!

Parker even got his first car! Grandma and Grandpa put the key in the card and then took Parker to show him his first car! He was beside himself with excitement!

After presents, we painted animals faces on each other (Parker wanted an animal party).

Ryan was a penguin, Celeste (Grandma) was Shamu, Glenn (Grandpa) was a shark, Grana was a ladybug, Larissa was a dinosaur, and I was a horse. 

Parker decided that he didn't want to be anything. Silly boy!

After face painting, Parker got to break open his first piñata!

He had a blast whacking the living daylights out of the thing!

Ryan BBQ hamburgers for lunch and then we all had Lion Cake. 

After cake, everyone went home so that our very excited

 and EXHAUSTED three year old could take his nap. 

After his nap, playtime with his new toys, and dinner - we all went swimming to end a very EXCITING and HOT day!
